These Terms govern your use of the website and dispatch services provided by TopLane Inc. ("TopLane"). By using our site or services, you agree to them. Any signed dispatch service agreement between us controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
TopLane is a dispatch service for motor carriers. We book loads, negotiate rates, and handle related paperwork for a flat 5% of each load’s gross (a different rate may apply if agreed in writing).
We are not a motor carrier or a broker, and we never take possession of your funds — brokers and shippers pay you or your factoring company directly, and our fee is invoiced separately.
Portal access is for authorized carriers and team members. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
You are responsible for maintaining active operating authority and insurance, operating safe and legal equipment, and honoring loads booked on your behalf. You authorize us to arrange loads and complete broker setup packets for you; we will book within the preferences you give us and will not commit a load without your approval where required.
Our dispatch fee is due on receipt of each invoice. Unpaid fees may pause service. Fees already earned on delivered loads remain payable if the relationship ends.
Freight markets fluctuate. We do not guarantee a specific number of loads, rate, or income.
Do not misuse the site or services, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use the platform for anything unlawful.
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopLane is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Either side may end the relationship at any time, consistent with any signed agreement — there are no long-term contracts. Fees earned before termination remain due.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
